On Monday, I had an adjournment debate in the House of Commons on government support for rugby.
Of course, the national lockdown will have further implications for the sporting sector. The importance of rugby has come into even more focus given that next year’s Rugby League World Cup is being hosted on these shores, and we remain firmly committed to delivering a successful world cup tournament in 2021.
