The economy grew by a larger than expected 0.4% in May.
This shows that the steps we put in place whilst in government have strengthened the economy.
Together with the lower inflation stats, these figures prove that Labour is inheriting an economy that is clearly on the up - following the many difficult but necessary decisions we took while in government.
