Yesterday, it was a pleasure to meet with Fred Sirieix - who you might recognise as maitre d' from Channel 4's First Dates - to discuss the hospitality industry and the steps this Government can take to protect and promote the UK's fourth largest employment sector.
Fred is working towards changing the perspective of working in hospitality which is often undervalued as a career path and now has more vacancies than any other employment sector.
We were joined by Small Business Minister Kelly Tolhurst to talk about the role businesses can play in promoting the skills needed to keep our restaurants, hotels and bars full and thriving.
