I recently had the pleasure of meeting representatives from West Mercia Police and Neighbourhood Watch West Mercia to endorse Neighbourhood Matters.
Neighbourhood Matters is a community messaging service established by West Mercia Police that enables members of the public to be kept in touch and have a line of communication with their local policing teams (Safer Neighbourhood Teams) i.e. your local neighbourhood constable and PCSO.
As a registered member of Neighbourhood Matters myself I am delighted to be associated with and support this initiative.
Neighbourhood Matters has fantastic potential to bring local businesses and communities even closer to their local police officers and help combat crime.
The more people who are registered, the more effective this messaging service becomes.
