Worcester Warriors' Premiership suspension and enforced relegation to the Championship has been confirmed by the RFU.

I know many Worcester Warriors fans in my constituency and across the country will be disappointed by this latest news.

But I am confident a new owner will be found and I call on all stakeholders to continue to work constructively together to secure a long term future for rugby in Worcester.
