On Wednesday, I asked the Minister of State for Care at the Department for Health and Social Care, Caroline Dinenage MP, for assurances that residents in Mid Worcestershire, particularly with learning disabilities, will - and are receiving - the same access to specialist care services which many others do in other parts of the country.
