I had a lovely afternoon on Friday wandering around the confetti fields in Wick, where again it was a delightful spectacle for families and tourists alike to take a few snaps of the colourful fields - it even featured as a piece on BBC News.
I then spent the following day in equally good weather at Evesham carnival, where I welcomed the wet sponges that were thrown at me whilst in the stocks! It was, as ever, great to see residents of all ages involved in the parade or at the very least standing alongside the routes and cheering for everybody. I hope everybody had as much fun as I did, and I thank all of the organisers who made the event happen.
