Yesterday, I spent time in Westminster with Wychavon District Council Leader, Bradley Thomas, and Deputy Leader, Richard Morris to talk about transport needs and economic development in Worcestershire, before meeting with representatives from Great Western Railway (GWR).
It was a good opportunity to bring parties together and discuss how GWR can improve the experience of the passengers that use their trains every day. I know how much it means to my constituents that transport links are both efficient and reliable.
During the meeting, we discussed the timetable changes that will take place in December, more frequent trains and the upcoming opening of the Worcestershire Parkway station.
