Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to visit the site of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Aquatics Centre in Sandwell today alongside DCMS Secretary of State, Oliver Dowden.
Thank you to the team for showing me around. So much work already done and great to hear about plans for the Commonwealth Games, its legacy and the benefits right across the West Midlands and beyond. The excitement is building!
