Visited Willow Bank Residential Home (part of Buckland Care) based near Throckmorton and met with Manager Carole Hall and Samantha Cope, Administrator and several residents and members of staff.
The home specialises in dementia care for the elderly and also provides respite and day care. Every corridor was imaginatively decorated to a particular theme.
We discussed a variety of matters including staffing and DBS checks.
