There are many excellent towns within my Mid Worcestershire constituency, and it’s time we shine a spotlight on the fantastic work they are doing.
The Let's Celebrate Towns competition is designed to recognise the best examples of Town initiatives. In the competition, eight winning towns will receive a £15,000 prize for a local community initiative, as well as a package of support for local businesses. Examples of Town initiatives may be in these four categories: People and Skills, Business Environment, Infrastructure and Sustainability.
I strongly encourage interested parties to submit their applications, and would also love to hear from you about the local initiatives you think should be recognised.
