I had a great visit to The Heart of England Forest site in Naunton Beauchamp, where I met with Tom, Toby, and Andy. It was interesting to hear about their plans for the site, including the planting of 40,000 trees. This site is part of their larger vision to create a 30,000-acre forest across Worcestershire and Warwickshire. So far, they have planted over 2 million trees – an incredible milestone in their mission to restore and expand our woodlands.
I even had the chance to get involved by planting a tree myself.
